To see if a schedule has been posted, select your tournament date under "Upcoming Tournaments" and scroll down to your age group.
If a schedule has been posted, you will see a [Schedule] button.

This form MUST be completed and returned NO MORE THAN 10 days prior to your tournament date.
If we do not receive your form your team will not be able to participate in our event.

REFUND POLICY:OYA Tournaments will refund 100% of entry fees if we cancel an event or are unable to fit teams into the event.Consumer agrees to play on any or all dates and times advertised unless special requests are made and granted, but requests are not guaranteed.Consumer agrees to play against any or all other teams within their bracket.

* will apply to registrations for all tournament withdrawals regardless of reason if it is 60 days or more before the tournament.

* will apply to registrations for all tournament withdrawals regardless of reason if it is between 15 and 60 days before the tournament.

* for registrations for all tournament withdrawals regardless of reason if it is between 1 and 14 days before the tournament.

*A $50 non-refundable process fee will apply if OYA Tournaments is required to cancel a tournament due to events outside of our control.OYA will process any or all requested tournament refunds within 14 days if the request is made 15 days before the start of the event.OYA will process any or all requested tournament refunds after the event if requested within 14 days of the event.If the withdrawing team finds a substitute to replace them at full price, this fee will be waived except for a $50 processing fee.If OYA replaces the withdrawing team with a team on the wait list (at full price), this fee will be waived except for a $50 processing fee.If OYA replaces the withdrawing team with a team at a reduced entry fee negotiated by OYA, this fee will be waived except for the amount to make up the difference of the full price less the reduced price, plus a $50 processing fee.

At times, if a withdrawing team reduces the bracket below critical mass, OYA has the option to offer a free spot to a team in order to complete the bracket.In this case, the withdrawing team will receive no refund.

REGISTRATION:Your tournament registration is not complete until your full payment has been received at least 30 days before the event.

.A required deposit of $200 will hold your spot up to 30 days before the event.At that time, full payment is required.If full payment is not made by then, your position is subject to forfeit.Additional payment can be made by credit card/PayPal by logging in as the registrant or by mailing a check to Oakland Yard, 5328 Highland Rd., Waterford MI 48327.

SCHEDULING:OYA Tournaments will try to accommodate coaches scheduling requests.These requests are not guaranteed to be granted but we will always try to accommodate as many reasonable requests as possible.All players that are participating must be of the correct age.OYA Tournaments strongly recommends that each player has proof of age if asked.Failure may result in forfeit.All 7/8U Boys Baseball, 9/10U Boys Baseball and 9/10U Girls Softball tournament games will be played in our north dome located behind our main dome.Teams registering for tournaments are bound to the days and times assigned.Please review the tournament registration form or tournament registration web page for days and times of the event before registering.
