1. Prepare a blank USB flash drive. If it’s filled with data, back up the files inside, then right-click on it and choose Format from the context menu that just appeared.

   

2. Inside the Format screen, select FAT32 as the file system, then click on Quick Format and hit Start to format the drive.

   

3. Once the formatting operation is complete, open your default browser and visit the website of your motherboard or laptop / ultrabook manufacturer and consult the official BIOS update documentation before downloading the latest available BIOS version.
