  37. I’m in college, and am in DIRE NEED of new and fresh ideas on what to cook! Being GF/DF/EF, this poses as quite the challenge. I have a whopping one cookbook, but I had to leave it am home because I had no room to bring it when I was moving back into my dorm. I’ve been stumped, so this would be a lifesaver! LITERALLY, I mean, you need to eat to live, right?

  38. I found out 6 years ago that I was allergic to 6 food items with wheat the highest. So besides allergy shots. Eating gluten free makes my health problems controllable!! Cooking and baking gluten free have been a challenge and the cookbook would add new color to my life.

  39. I love cook books, and have a bunch. Diagnosed with Celiac Disease late January of this year, and starting over… I can’t believe the foods I have been finding gluten in. I need to go back to cooking from scratch!

  40. My 11 year old daughter has a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and it causes chronic pain in so many parts of her body. We have discussed trying gluten free to see if it may help losses the inflammation and pain her body deals with. This would be an amazing start for us!

  167. I made the decision to go Gluten Free because I am diabetic and have been encouraged by my doctor to eat less grains for years. My ten year old son began having a lot of stomach problems and acid reflux, so after doing some research I decided to go ahead and start us out by going gluten free. Since I have, his stomach problems have completely disappeared. This has encouraged me to continue this lifestyle and begin to go even low carb myself. I would love to have this recipe book to help me come up with new recipes that even my slightly resistant husband might like. Thank you!
