Main Pharmacy

The main pharmacy fills prescriptions ordered during visits at the clinic.

New prescriptions MUST BE activated through one of these options:

To pick up your medications the first time, you must have a current prescription number. Once you create an account, you can use your fingerprint, ID card, or password with your four-digit pin to unlock and get your medications. When refilling your prescription, select “ScriptCenter kiosk” as your pickup location.

Special Drug Requests

Special Drug Requests are medications that we do not regularly carry on our Formulary. Your primary care manager may enter a Special Drug Request directly through our computer system. Pharmacy staff will contact you with any questions and/or to notify you that your prescription is available for pick-up.

Prescriptions for Special Drug Requests from a non-military/off-base provider must be submitted to your PCM for submission and review. The original paper prescription from the off-base provider must be delivered to the Satellite Pharmacy for validation and if approved, the Pharmacy staff will contact you when your prescription is available for pick-up at the Satellite Pharmacy.
